The Experience
The main job you'll be doing while on shift is promoting the hostel. This entails heading to the bus stop when certain buses are arriving Montañita, for which we give $1 commission for each person. When not at the bus you will be helping out in the hostel. This is making sure that the communal areas are clean, the bathrooms and kithcens are ordered and manning the reception helping any guests that come by. Learn more
